Credit Application Form

If credit is desired, a standard credit check will be conducted. Upon approval, you will be able to receive fuel deliveries on credit and/or automatic fuel deliveries and be billed monthly. Payment is due Net 30 Days from the monthly statement closing date. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 1.5% per month finance charge will be applied to any unpaid balance. If we are unable to offer credit to you, cash or credit/debit card payment will be required prior to the delivery. All customers renting a propane tank must pass credit check and have a credit account established for service to be established.
